Our engineering services team is strategically located in Europe to serve our customers worldwide. Engineering Specialists are mobilized to job sites world wide for inspections, assessments, supervision etc.

Our engineering team can support projects for mechanical/ structural/ electrical/ hydraulic systems as well as develop and deliver solutions to a vast range of crane applications.

As crane winch replacements from the manufacturers have variably long lead times, refurbishment cuts down on crane downtime and is significantly less expensive. By using original manufacturers’ specifications for repairs, and our own experienced technicians, our work is of the highest possible standard.

PT.CALTAV INDONESIA routinely carry out complete overhauls of hydraulic cylinders at our specialised workshop.

Cylinder repair and re-manufacture is availalbe in all sizes up to 250mm (10”) bore by 6000mm long (20”) stroke, with the facilities to handle rods, clevis’s, glands and trunions.

Our technicians have experience on a wide range of hydraulic cylinders from crane makers such as Hydralift, Hagglund, Liebherr etc.

A special test-rig, custom made tools, re-chroming facilities and large dia grinding and honing. Ensure fast and professional repairs, on par with the maker’s standard. Every cylinder will be dynamically tested and loaded to it’s designed working pressure.
